Health systems are facing unprecedented challenges in staffing, retention, onboarding, and clinical competency. As a result, workforce development has become a strategic imperative—and smarter approaches to learning are essential.
We’re seeking an experienced healthcare leader with a background in nursing education, clinical learning, or professional development within a hospital or health system. In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as a key member of our go-to-market (GTM) leadership team, helping top health systems reimagine how they approach workforce challenges through more effective learning strategies.
This is an ideal role for someone who has led nursing education efforts and is excited to influence the broader industry—through direct client engagement, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor in meetings with healthcare clients—supporting sales, client success, and marketing with credible, field-tested insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape messaging that resonates with nursing and workforce development leaders, including Chief Nursing Officers and clinical educators.
- Represent Amplifire at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a thought leader focused on workforce strategy.
- Help healthcare organizations align Amplifire’s platform with their goals around onboarding, continuing education, competency assessment and management, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to thought leadership, including case studies, white papers, and presentations that showcase impact and best practices.
- Share feedback from the field to inform product and content direction—ensuring Amplifire continues to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare workforce.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in a hospital or health system, including nursing leadership, professional development, or clinical education roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges—including retention, staffing, onboarding, regulatory (CME), and competency requirements.
- Proven ability to engage clinical and executive stakeholders with credibility, insight, and empathy.
- Skilled communicator and presenter; confident in high-stakes client conversations and public-facing settings.
- Experience evaluating, procuring, or implementing learning technologies is a plus.
- Eagerness to travel regularly.
Salary
$160,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience
