Description:

Amplifire is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, to join our remarkable organization. The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention. The Manager will develop and manage end to end sales process from lead generation to bookings, including supporting the sales team through contract-building. The Manager will be responsible for managing sales data analytics and providing leadership with strategic direction, including sales forecasting and sales performance. The Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, client solutions, and other internal teams to ensure that all revenue operation projects are progressing and revenue operations processes are being executed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for day-to-day sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes for sales onboarding, ongoing support, and account management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, user training, and system optimization.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making, including sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in achieving sales targets.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Sales Automation tools within our internal CRM solution suite, defining go-to-market strategies and driving adoption.
  • Assist in creating sales training materials and onboarding processes to ensure the success of our sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sales processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices and tools to enhance overall productivity
  • Oversee management Sales Tech Stack, providing process documentation, and on-going support. 
  • Lead Management (Sales) 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years work experience in client sales, sales development, or operations.
  • Demonstrated revenue growth planning and success in previous roles.
  • Consultative style when engaging with prospects-workers, and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for problem solving and process improvement.
  • Desire and ability to both lead or support sales calls, understand use cases, and assist with closing sales opportunities.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to demonstrate key findings and implications.
  • Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills and interest in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 20 – 30%
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Salary

$105,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience
