Description:
Amplifire is seeking a Mid-Level React Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience building dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React, along with a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sizable front-end application using React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following team and industry best practices.
- Optimize components for performance and usability across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues based on feedback of our users.
- Write unit tests for your code to maintain our testing suite.
- Tackle code-improvement tech debt tasks to improve the overall codebase.
- Ensure the application adheres to accessibility standards and best practices.
Required Experience and Skills:
- A strong eagerness to collaborate and the humility to ask for help.
- 3+ years of professional experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bonus if you have experience with TypeScript
- Solid understanding of React state management (e.g. Hooks, Context, etc.)
- Bonus if you have experience with Redux
- Experience with writing Unit Tests.
- Bonus if you have experience with Vitest and React Testing Library.
- Experience integrating with back-end services using RESTful APIs.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., ARIA).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jenkins).
Salary
$129,000 – $134,000 annually
