Description:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) who will focus primarily on client retention while collaborating closely with the Client Engagement Director (CED) to support renewal efforts and account expansion. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients maximize the value of the Amplifire platform, increase engagement with our adaptive learning courses, and fully utilize their licenses. The CSM will work closely with clients to develop strong ROI use cases, enhance platform adoption, and ensure seamless integration of Amplifire’s learning solutions into their organizations. While the primary focus is on driving success and satisfaction, the CSM will also provide insights and strategic collaboration with the CED to identify opportunities for long-term account growth and renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them achieve their learning and performance improvement goals through effective use of the Amplifire platform.
- Develop and present ROI analyses and success stories to demonstrate the impact of Amplifire’s adaptive learning technology.
- Increase course enrollment and license utilization by proactively identifying engagement opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to optimize the client experience and address challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, and Content) to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement of Amplifire’s offerings.
- Develop tailored success plans to ensure each client fully integrates Amplifire into their workflows.
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement targeted engagement strategies to enhance retention.
- Monitor usage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met and they receive maximum value from Amplifire’s solutions.
- Partner with the CED to provide key insights and data that support renewal discussions and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within SaaS, learning technology, or healthcare education.
- Strong understanding of learning and development strategies, corporate training, healthcare education, or cognitive science-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and present meaningful insights to clients.
- Proven track record of driving client engagement and retention.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with customer success tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) is a plus..
Salary
$90,000 – $110,000, with an OTE target of around $$110,000 – $130,0000
