Description:
Amplifire is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding strategic accounts across hospital systems and other large healthcare organizations. The candidate will establish and advance meaningful relationships across multiple stakeholders and employ a consultative, value-based approach to understanding how healthcare organizations can create impact and business value with Amplifire technology. The candidate will leverage existing relationships and relevant industry group memberships to maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, establish credibility, and to be a thought partner to market participants.
The candidate must be comfortable working within a structured sales process and bring exceptional presentation skills to the role. Since these are large, named account opportunities, and Amplifire is a lean growth-stage business, the candidate will be expected to take ownership of territory, generating new demand in addition to closing inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships within major hospital systems and healthcare organizations, irrespective of whether they are in a near-term buying cycle with Amplifire.
- Execute quarterly sales targets by successfully closing new business opportunities and advancing strategic enterprise expansion deals within key accounts.
- Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and recording key activities and contacts, to ensure clear visibility into deal progress and high levels of forecast accuracy.
- Employ a value-based selling methodology, working carefully with sponsors to develop robust business cases and following mutual action plans that are multithreaded and account for complex buying dynamics.
- Collaborate with colleagues across internal teams, including executive leadership and subject matter experts, aligning Amplifire team with key client stakeholders in support of a coordinated sales process.
- Conduct prospecting and business development activity to generate meaningful pipeline of new business and strategic enterprise expansion opportunities.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Selling to VP and C level executives in hospital systems and other major healthcare organizations. Existing relationships with hospital executives.
- 6+ years of SaaS selling, with a track record of exceeding quota and closing large, 6 and 7 figure enterprise deals.
- Managing and closing complex sales-cycles using value-based selling methodologies such as solution sales.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel up to 50% of the time throughout the US
- Strong understanding of account-based sales working with internal and external resources to drive growth
- Understanding of ROI on eLearning and how to articulate in presentation form to C-Suite Level Executives and VPs
Salary
$120,000 – $145,000 depending on background and experience, plus commission

Amplifire is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) which will be responsible for supporting the Client Engagement Directors (CED’s) to deliver on Amplifire’s commitment to the client and managing client expectations in terms of the end-to-end service. The CSM focuses on delivery excellence supporting client growth plans developed by the Account Managers. (e.g. product launch and implementation, communications, content, training). The CSM is responsible for developing projects plans and managing deliverables that support the client’s day-to-day activities. The CSM works equal parts with Amplifire’s CED’s, and internal teams, and clients, to ensure customer deliverables meet customer and Amplifire requirements. You will become an Amplifire expert, skilled in the use of the platform, the application of Amplifire to solve client needs, while providing solutions, thought leadership, and a fantastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding and services
- Ensures all aspects of client implementation plan are met through personal execution as well as management of Amplifire and customer resources.
- Maintains project plans.
- Manages and submits work tickets to accomplish tasks, such as account setup, and content development projects.
- Proactively coordinates workflow with resources so critical tasks are completed on time.
- Understands client success factors and works to achieve those goals.

We are seeking a DBA that is looking to build on their expertise as a member of a dynamic team supporting our global web-based application. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, performance, integrity, and security of database systems
- Identify and resolve database performance issues, such as slow queries, inefficient indexing, or resource contention
- Maintain and support data models across the OLTP and Reporting platforms
- Good data analysis experience with an eye for data integrity
- Engage in teams supporting the SDLC by creating database patches supporting new and maintaining functionality (DDL and DML)
- Assist in the creation and population of all non-production systems
- Perform and help support our Operations team with production infrastructure and application deployments
- Perform security reviews, database upgrades and maintenance as needed
- Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.

Technical Stack
