Description:
Amplifire is seeking a HR Manager to oversee HR operations and manage our PEO relationship with ADP. This role will ensure smooth HR administration, compliance, and employee experience for our largely distributed 60+ person team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a remote-first environment and can balance hands-on execution with strategic contribution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Human Resources, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations, supporting engagement and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leadership to drive performance management, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, track key HR metrics, and provide insights to leadership.
- Support a distributed workforce with best practices for remote work and employee engagement.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HRCI or SHRM certification a plus
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Experience managing PEO relationships, preferably with ADP.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience implementing and optimizing HR tools and processes for a growing team.
Salary
$90,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
