Because training is usually passive, the forgetting curve is very steep. In this example, flight attendants have recently taken a conventional training course on how to perform CPR on passenger suffering a heart attack during a flight. There are strict protocols that must be observed. Most attendants did reasonably well, but Amplifire revealed a large, previously invisible difference that existed between learners after their training.
